This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how OM Digital LLC handles refunds, cancellations, and service terminations for all services including consulting, development, cloud optimization, digital products, and subscription-based offerings. By purchasing or using any OM Digital LLC service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital consulting and custom development services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the following guidelines:

  • Completed work is non-refundable. Once consulting, strategy, design, or development work has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.
  • Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
  • Work not yet started: If you cancel a service before any work has commenced, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative fees.
  • Milestone-based projects: Refunds apply only to milestones that have not yet been started. Completed milestones are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellations

For recurring subscription services such as Website Health Monitor and Content & SEO Support:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@omdigital.cc or support@omdigital.cc.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until your current billing cycle ends.
  • Subscription fees already billed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
  • No future charges will be applied after cancellation is processed.
  • If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription and no reports or deliverables have been provided, you may request a full refund of the first billing cycle.

3. Project Cancellations

For custom development, consulting, and one-time service engagements:

  • Before work begins: If you cancel before any work has started, you may receive a refund of the deposit minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Work in progress: If work has already started, charges for completed work are non-refundable. Any remaining balance for unstarted work may be refunded at our discretion.
  • After delivery: No refunds are issued after final deliverables have been provided and accepted.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@omdigital.cc.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email contact@omdigital.cc with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your full name, the service or product in question, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (credit card, ACH, or wire transfer).
  • Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
  • ACH and wire transfer refunds may take up to 10 business days.
  • OM Digital LLC is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

6. Billing Descriptor

Charges from OM Digital LLC will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "OM DIGITAL LLC" or "OMDIGITAL.CC". If you do not recognize a charge, please check your records before filing a dispute and contact us at contact@omdigital.cc.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.

Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of your account and services
  • Withholding of deliverables until the dispute is resolved
  • Additional administrative fees
  • Legal action in cases of abuse or fraud

8. Exceptions

OM Digital LLC reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions may apply in situations such as:

  • Service was not delivered as described in the agreed-upon scope of work
  • Technical issues on our end prevented delivery of the service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
